Dr. Shatha Alnassar armed with her internship and Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology earned from KSA, USA and UK established HSST Center on January 2015.

*Business Owner , &Medical Director ,creator , and consultant speech medical pathologist of HEADSTART Speech Therapy Center from 2015 up to now . ( 15 years experience in medical speech and language pathology services – 7 years experience in management )

* Completed US abroad competency dysphagia ( swallowing disorders ) course in performing a hands on practicum to Dynamic swallow studies with an intensive focus on ( Vediofluoroscopic swallow studies and Fiberoptic Endscopic evaluation of swallowing ) at Henry Ford Hospital .Michigan United State – 2014 .
* Completed abroad practicum in Speech therapy , HEM devices , voice prosthesis for laryngectomy patients at Henry Ford Hospital .Michigan , United State – 2014

*Versatile and accomplished Senior Speech Language Pathologist offering 2 years and 4 months experience at NGH in providing clinical evidence-based speech-language and swallowing therapy services to individuals diagnosed with communication and feeding/swallowing disorders in Neurogenic disorder , as well as early interventions in Acute Neuro Rehabilitation and stroke Unit At National Guard Hospital – Riyadh – Saudi Arabia 2011 to 2013 .

* Master degree in cleft and speech disorders at Sheffield University . United Kingdom 2008 to 2010
* Diploma in voice pathology at UCL – London – UK . 2010 to 2011

* Speech and Language pathologist working in providing wide range of assessments and treatments in clinical pediatric rehabilitation at speech and language pathology unit at King Faisal Hospital 2007 to 2008 .

* Bachelor degree in Medical Speech and hearing rehabilitation at King Saud University 2007.Riyadh -Saudi Arabia .

* Experience in Clinical rehabilitation services and community integration for cognitive impaired, with offering strategic insight and sharp planning skills in implementation of individualized speech-language and cognitive linguistic programs.

* Outstanding track record in treating neurogenic communication disorders with a variety of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

* Skilled initiator of successful strategies ensuring effective operational excellence and improved work ethic, culture, and performance. Responsible for planning meaningful and engaging culturally appropriate and linguistically specific activities for children

She continued rendering the highest quality of rehabilitation and therapies up to date. She established an interdisciplinary practices between Speech & Language, Sensory Integration and Occupational therapies to achieved the best results in short time. She tirelessly reach out to the community through her TV interviews, trainings and workshops.
